Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to abuse the bonus system results in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Funds cannot be redirected to a third-party account. onepkr may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 as part of standard anti-money laundering compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your onepkr login credentials. onepkr is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the cause is disclosure of your credentials to a third party. onepkr provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account dashboard. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your onepkr username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. onepkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify onepkr support immediately at [email protected].
onepkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our AML monitoring systems. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
onepkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 across all payment methods.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your onepkr balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution's processing schedule. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following one (1) network confirmation on the TRON blockchain.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the onepkr account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the original deposit unless a documented exception is approved by onepkr's compliance team.
onepkr may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 or any cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 200,000 in a rolling thirty-day period. This is a standard AML compliance requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Only real-money winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of that game.
Cricket and sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any result that cannot be officially confirmed, onepkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from onepkr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onepkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your onepkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
onepkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. onepkr is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider delays.
You may close your onepkr account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets and applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
onepkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where termination is the result of a breach by you, onepkr reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where termination is initiated by onepkr for reasons unrelated to player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under onepkr's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact onepkr's support team to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice to onepkr, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
